Community interest
We not only supply helpful gadgets for your convenience, we also
take an interest in our community.
Here is some cute footage
from some of the locals.
Penguin where?
A child offers to extricate a penguin that got stuck at the docks.
A related adult must have put the camera down and helped the penguin out of the whole.
Therefore, the act of rescuing said penguin, with or without assistance from other bystanders, was not captured on video.
Penguin rescued
Although we cannot see the actual rescue operation, mounted by one (or some) of the adults, we can deduce that said penguin was successfully rescued.
We can only guess what antics, what ducking and diving, what hilarious events or perhaps what stressful events, might have happened during the penguin's rescue.

Healthy living is good for you.
a thought for you, our valued clients
Eating on purpose, instead of eating to feel full is a really good
idea.
Healthy foods are sometimes a bit more expensive, but the
nutritional benefit is well worth the extra cost.
A business
might do a cost-benefit analysis, to decide if a venture is worth
doing.
Likewise, the benefit to your health, and subsequent
reduction in medical bills, is well worth it.
Look at the
figures. Check health costs vs medical costs.
Onions and
garlic are natural antibiotics.
Whether cooked or raw, they
help your immune system to win the fight against germs, viruses and
such.
Drink filtered or boiled water where the local
water quality is below par.
Cut down on the amount of sugar you
have in cereal, tea and coffee.
Herbal teas are refreshing and
also good for your health.
Avoid Energy Drinks at all
costs. The caffeine levels are off the charts. Beware!
Fresh
fruit and veges might cost more than bread, but, as the good book
says, "Man cannot live on bread alone."
Water consumption
is a debatable topic. Basically, drink enough but not too much.
If
you feel a headache coming on, drink some water, it might be just
the right solution.
Exercise is of paramount importance. Without exercise, your body can
develop all sorts of maladies.
During exercise, your heart
pumps faster and therefore enriches your blood with more oxygen.
Muscles
and joints get a bit of movement, which is good for their continued
conditioning.
Bedridden patients often 'waste away', due
to insufficient exercise.
Even sitting and doing arm, leg,
torso, shoulder, wrist, ankle, neck and head movements can help.
Be
gentle with yourself.
Forgive yourself and others regularly.
It's not worth it to stay angry and you can harm your health if
you become bitter about some or other wrong-doing.
Love with a
genuine, caring, self-giving kind of love - and laugh often.
Laughing
can release 'feel good' chemicals in your brain and combat 'anger'
chemicals.
Be kind. Do to others what you would like
others to do to you.
In short - play nice.
